The first piece of the final component
The first section of the 93-foot-tall Tower of Voices is installed with the help of a crane Monday at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stonycreek Township. The tower and its 40 wind chimes are designed to be a living memorial in sound to the passengers and crew of United Airlines Flight 93. The tower, the last remaining component of the memorial design, is to be dedicated on Sept. 9. See more photos at www.dailyamerican.com.
