Beaver Dam Police Beat from Feb. 3-5

Accident – Friday at 8:13 a.m., a 58-year-old man and a 63-year-old man were involved in a vehicle accident near the Highway 151 and Highway 33 intersection.

Disorderly conduct – Friday at 3:36 p.m., someone reported that a student threatened another student at Beaver Dam High School, 500 Gould St.

Disorderly conduct – Friday at 8 p.m., a man and a woman were in an argument in the 300 block of North Lincoln Avenue.

Drugs – Friday at 11:06 p.m., a traffic stop in near the Oneida Street and Center Street intersection resulted in a 45-year-old woman being cited with possession of drug paraphernalia and a verbal warning for an improper stop.

Fight – Saturday at 2:13 a.m., police assisted with breaking up multiple fights as a crowd was leaving Pop’s Eatery, 1102 Madison St.

Robbery – Saturday at 3:42 p.m., a 20-year-old woman told police that she was robbed of $560 in the 100 block of East Mackie Street.

Intoxicated person – Saturday at 8:21 p.m., someone reported children drinking alcohol at Quality Inn, 815 Park Ave. An 18-year-old man was transported to jail on a warrant.

Intoxicated person – Saturday at 9:46 p.m., a 48-year-old woman was intoxicated and would not leave Thirsty Beaver, 500 Madison St.

Suspicious – Saturday at 11:13 p.m., someone at Kohl’s, 1734 N. Spring St., told police that man was sleeping in a vehicle in the parking lot. Police met with the 57-year-old man and he said he was napping.

Fight – Saturday at 11:49 p.m., police responded to a report of a fight at Moonlight Bar & Grill, 436 Madison St.

Intoxicated person – Saturday at 11:38 p.m., a 16-year-old girl was found intoxicated in the 1700 block of North Spring Street after a 17-year-old girl in the vehicle call police. She was warned for speeding. The passenger, an 18-year-old man, was cited with possession of an open intoxicant.

Vandalism – Sunday at 12:19 a.m., a 24-year-old man punched a door in the 200 block of Front Street, broke the door and injured his hand.

Intoxicated person – Sunday at 12:27 a.m., someone reported an underage drinking party in the 1400 block of Hiawatha Drive. Officers met with multiple children who had been drinking and they will be cited.

Intoxicated person – Sunday at 2:26 a.m., a traffic stop near the North Center Street and Carroll Street intersection resulted in police arresting and citing a 50-year-old man with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Intoxicated person – Sunday at 2:51 a.m., an officer investigated a report of multiple underage drinking parties. Multiple children were found in a residence in the 200 block of Alison Lane.

Drugs – Sunday at 11:10 a.m., someone reported smelling the scent of marijuana in the 900 block of North Spring Street.

Accident – Sunday at 3:24 p.m., two women were involved in a vehicle accident in the 800 block of Park Avenue.

Accident – Sunday at 4:10 p.m., a 53-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were involved in a vehicle accident in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

Traffic – Sunday at 5:39 p.m., a man reported that children were running around, throwing snow and ridding a scooter in the 100 block of Roedl Court. The children were counseled by police.

Suspicious – Sunday at 6:43 p.m., a man told police another man was going through a truck near the North Lincoln Avenue and East Third Street intersection.

Theft – Sunday at 10:58 p.m., a 19-year-old woman reported the theft of clothes from a washer in the 1600 block of North Spring Street. The suspect was later located and the clothes were returned.

Suspicious – Monday at 2:05 a.m., an officer observed a person in a ski mask walking from behind Chase Bank, 124 N. Spring St. Police met with a 30-year-old man who was walking home from a bar.
