It is with immeasurable gratitude, joy and humbleness to our Lord that we celebrate the 70th wedding anniversary of our parents, Orbura and Vernice Meadows.
They were married November 7, 1948, at the original location of Twenty-Sixth Street Baptist Church, and continue to be faithful and active members.
Orbura retired after 35 years of service from Inco Alloys, and Vernice was privileged to be a stay-at-home mother.
Their children, Sharon Howe (Charles), Connie Ferguson (John) and Timothy Meadows, along with their three grandchildren, Benjamin, Brandon and Cailin, and great-grandchildren Alex and Madilene are blessed to celebrate this memorable occasion and thank them as they exemplify God’s love every day to their family and others. Mother and Daddy, we praying God’s continued blessings and His hand of protection over you for many more wonderful celebrations.
