Pike County President Judge Gregory Chelak sentenced:

Colton Lee Greene, 22, Dingmans Ferry, to six months of probation and a $300 fine for DUI on July 21 in Delaware Twp.

Eric William Burkhardt, 36, Sandyston, N.J., to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail, a $1,500 fine and 18-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Feb. 23 in Milford.

TJ Mann, 35, Port Jervis, N.Y., to six months of probation and a $500 fine for theft by deception Jan. 15, 2014, in Matamoras.

John K. Negroni, 52, Dingmans Ferry, to six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, a $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Sept. 27 in Palmyra Twp. and resisting arrest Oct. 22 in Delaware Twp.

Ken Justin Drittij, 28, Bushkill, to five years of the IP Pike Care Program, including a $1,500 fine and 18-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on July 12, 2017, in Lehman Twp.

Richard David Campbell, 29, Matamoras, to six to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and a $600 fine for possession of a controlled substance July 20, 2016, in Blooming Grove Twp. and possession of a small amount of marijuana July 6, 2017.

Sandro Oscar Rodriguez-Rosado, 48, Matamoras, to 12 to 24 months in a state correctional facility and a $400 fine for simple assault May 14 in Matamoras.

Anthony Stendardo, 45, Greentown, to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and a $500 fine for theft from a motor vehicle Oct. 17 in Greene Twp.

Gary Lee Christman, 35, Scranton, to 12 months less one day to 24 months less one day in the Pike County Jail and a $700 fine for three indirect criminal contempt violations, two counts of simple assault and one count of criminal mischief in March, April and May in Palmyra Twp.

Mitchell Moore Reddig, 29, Greentown, to 11 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, followed by one year of probation and a $300 fine for two counts of receiving stolen property between March 25 and April 10 in Greene Twp.

Lauren Deanne Sevek, 26, Milford, to eight to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, a $500 fine and six-month driver’s license suspension for criminal conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance April 6 in Delaware Twp.

Joseph Boyko, 44, Greenville, N.Y., to 11 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and a $300 fine for theft March 31, 2017, in Matamoras.

Christopher David Page, 39, Bushkill, to 16 to 48 months in a state correctional facility and a $1,100 fine for terroristic threats, simple assault and institutional vandalism Oct. 18 in Lehman Twp.

Ryan Thomas Burke, 27, Milford, to six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, a $700 fine and six-month driver’s license suspension for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 11, 2017, in Delaware Twp.

Aaron James Schwinof, 31, Shohola, to 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, a $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Oct. 27 in Dingman Twp.

Jason Michael Barnes, 34, Honesdale, to a $300 fine for harassment Oct. 13 in Lackawaxen Twp.

John Sibirtzeff II, 53, Pine Island, N.Y., to a $300 fine for defiant trespass June 13 in Westfall Twp.
