Woman killed, 3 injured in I-5 crash
SEATAC, Wash. (AP) — A 21-year-old woman was killed and three others injured in a crash involving four vehicles on Interstate 5 near SeaTac, Washington.
KOMO-TV reports a Honda Civic heading south on Saturday night slowed due to traffic and a woman in a Saturn struck the Civic and went into the guardrail. Two other cars hit the Saturn.
Trooper say the impact ejected the woman from her car. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A 1-year-old girl was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
An elderly couple in the fourth car was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Troopers say the woman who was killed was not wearing a seat belt and said speed caused the crash.
