Mears Group, an engineering and construction company serving the oil, power, and water industries, has subleased 7,873 square feet to expand its offices at 5051 Westheimer to approximately 16,000 square feet. Matthew Dickson of CBRE represented the Mears Group. Trey Strake and Scott Wegmann with Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublessor, Rowan Cos.

Drever Capital Management has purchased the 240-unit Watercolor Apartments at 1700 Rollingbrook Drive in Baytown from the Leyendecker Group. Houston-based Leyendecker Group completed the complex in 2015.

Jonas Fitness has renewed a lease for 17,127 square feet at 16969 Texas Ave., Webster. Jon Lee with CBRE represented the tenant. David David with Warehouse Associates represented the landlord.

StarCrest Realty, a real estate brokerage with eight offices across the Houston and Dallas markets, has aligned with the ERA Real Estate franchise. The company, now known as ERA StarCrest Realty, is led by Kevin and Anne Alaimo.

Rex and Candace Wall of Kingwood have purchased Re/Max Associates Northeast. The franchise has offices at 2940 Oak St. in Kingwood and 18700 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita.

ITW Global Brands has leased 25,075 square feet at Park Ten Center, 16200 Park Ten Blvd. Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Kevin Wyatt of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord. The building was developed by Stonelake Capital Partners and Lincoln Property Co.

Humble Independent School District has purchased 15.3 acres on the northeastern edge of the Fall Creek community as the site of its 31st elementary school.
