GHS boys lacrosse defeats Danbury
The Greenwich High School boys lacrosse team celebrated Senior Day with a 15-4 win over Danbury in an FCIAC game held on Thursday at Cardinal Stadium.
With the victory, Greenwich concluded its regular season with a record of 7-9. Senior Matt Baugher recorded four goals with three assists to pace the Cardinals. Jack Feda, a junior, also ignited the offense, totaling five goals and one assist.
Freshman Leo Johnson had three goals and three assists, while senior Jackson Trimmer tallied one goal and two assists. Harlan Giordano added one goal and two assists and Philip Ayoub contributed one goal for the victors.
Luc Ayoub, Charlie Graves, Sam Jenkins and Reese Ochoa each assisted on one goal for Greenwich, which competes in the FCIAC Tournament on Saturday.
