ALEXANDRIA, Va. _ Chelsea Manning holds a press conference outside the courthouse in northern Virginia to talk about the federal court’s continued attempts to compel her to testify in front of a grand jury, which has ordered her to appear at 2 p.m. The former Army intelligence analyst was released from a northern Virginia jail last week after a two-month stay for refusing to testify to a grand jury investigating WikiLeaks.
