Prep Boys Basketball: Lee, Ware fuel Glendale over Rogue River, 72-51

GLENDALE — Twenty-four hours after getting a rough-and-tumble road victory over Myrtle Point, Glendale picked up another win behind Devin Lee and Tristan Ware. The Pirates gave up a season-high in points, however, as they dropped Rogue River, 72-51, in Friday’s nonleague boys basketball game.

Devin Lee had a double-double with 26 points and 22 rebounds, while Ware turned in a triple-double with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists. Ware also came up with four steals and three blocks. Connor McGuire added 16 points for the Pirates (7-1).

Glendale is off until Jan. 2, when it will play at Illinois Valley.
