A news release from the organization, also known as HOPE, stated that the board of directors has named Joseph Zanovitch as executive director. Zanovitch replaces Lisa Searchinger, who has been executive director since 2013.

Searchinger has been selected as the first executive director of Recovery Café Longmont, a newly-formed nonprofit focused on supporting people recovering from addictions, homelessness and mental health problems.

Zanovitch has 13 years of experience in nonprofit management and is the cofounder of Youth Protection Advocates in Dance, which was founded in California and is currently based in Longmont.
