Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:Rachel M. A, Hickory; simple possession and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Dec. 19, 2015; sentence - 60 days to 12 months in jail, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.Andrew J. Brockhouse, 29, 2833 Main St., Beallsville; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 18, 2016; sentence - 12 months of probation and no contact with Rite Aid.Kathy Bugaile, 48, 466 Ewing St., Washington; retail theft; charged Feb. 29, 2016; sentence - six months of probation and no contact with Walmart.Joseph T.
