Creighton men’s basketball hires assistant

April 4, 2018

Former Missouri State men’s basketball coach Paul Lusk will join Creighton’s staff as an assistant.

Coach Greg McDermott announced today that Lusk would replace Darian DeVries, who was named head coach at Drake last week. Missouri State fired Lusk last month after he went 105-121 in seven seasons with the Bears. McDermott said Lusk’s connections across the country will be valuable in recruiting and his enthusiasm and work ethic make him a good fit for the Bluejays’ staff.
