Connor Doherty led the the Lowell Catholic boys hockey team with 2 goals and the Crusaders skated past St. Joseph/Marian, 4-1, on Wednesday.
Elsewhere, Dracut/Tyngsboro defeated Latin Academy, 6-1.

Brothers Mitch and Michael Andrea had 2 assists each, while Kulbis-Marino, Alex Graves, Mikas Kulbis-Marino, Nathan Donaldson and goalie Colin Gleason had one assist each.
Gleason made 9 saves to earn the victory.

Connor Viviano netted 2 goals and an assist to power Lunenburg/Ayer Shirley to the home victory.
Jacob Mauro scored a goal and added 2 assists in the win. Aaron O’Connor and Jared Simmons each had an assist. Nathan Bourdelais made 26 saves for the Blue Knights (9-2-1).
Latin Academy 1
Senior captain Adam Berger led the offensive attack with a goal and an assist as the Middies captured the non-league victory. Kyle McManus, AJ Ciszek, RJ Patterson had one goal each, while Cameron Chagnon and Jared Debruin also notched their first varsity goals.
Jake Callery and Patrick Crowley dished out a pair of helpers, while Armen Kazanjian, Brian Cebula, Cole Bolduc and Andrew Dickson had 1 assist each.
Freshman goalie Preston Wilson made 26 saves to earn the win.
The Indians improved to 3-6-3 overall behind single tallies from Ben Stone, brothers Anthony and Joe Lamarca, Garrett Murphy, Ryan Brouillette and Aiden Cliff.
Billerica has now won two straight, including a victory over Tewksbury.

Scoring for the Tigers in the non-league tie were Nick Brown and Danny Angell, while Justin and Jacob Montepeluso added single assists.
Goalie Ben Canfield made 26 saves.
Westford Academy 3
Scoring single goals for the Grey Ghosts (7-1-3) were Kayleigh Butler, Hannah Keefe and Taylor Pacifico as they dominated in a league cross-over game.
Val Crory chipped in with 2 assists. Goalie Allie Dean made 8 saves to record the shutout.

The Red Rangers officially qualified for the state tournament with the dominating win over Central Catholic.
Senior Kelly Golini had 2 goals and one assist, giving her 221 career points, moving her to 16th all-time in state history.
Carolyn Curley also had 2 goals and 1 assist, Cassidy Gruning had 2 goals, while Kaylen Taddia and Lydia Pendleton had single goals. Julia Stanizzi, Brenna Greene, Riley Cote, Taddia, Meghan Forbes, Abby O’Keefe and Ryan Quinn had single assists for the winners.
