PEABODY, Mass. (AP) — A woman police say may be responsible for stealing more than $100,000 worth of merchandise from mall stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire has been ordered held on $100,000 bail.

Prosecutors say Jennifer Santos pleaded not guilty Tuesday to nine counts of larceny in connection with alleged thefts from two stores in the Northshore Mall in Peabody.

According to court documents, the 28-year-old Lawrence woman is suspected of stealing from stores at malls in Foxborough, Burlington, Chestnut Hill, Marlborough and Holyoke, Mass.; as well as Concord, Salem, Nashua, Newington and Manchester, N.H.

If she makes bail, a judge ordered her to remain at home with GPS monitoring and to stay away from all malls.
