November 10, 2016

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — A major payroll and human resources outsourcing company plans to establish a new office in Tempe that will create 1,500 new jobs.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey’s office announced the expansion project of Roseland, New Jersey-based ADP.

The office will be located in a building that formerly housed the headquarters of US Airways, since merged into American Airlines.

ADP spokeswoman Allyce Hackmann said the new office in Tempe will be a base for employees providing the company’s services.

ADP plans six job fairs in coming months to begin hiring. The first will be held Nov. 18 at Arizona State University.
