Congressman to visit VA Medical Center

HUNTINGTON - Ohio Congressman Bill Johnson will visit the Huntington VA Medical Center next week to visit with local veterans as part of National Salute to Service Week.

Johnson will be at the Huntington VA Medical Center from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12. While there, he will meet with Director Brian Nimmo and Teresa Boyes, chief of Voluntary Service, and the group will visit with patients and hand out small gifts and cards to thank them for their service to America and let them know their sacrifices have not been forgotten.

Many patients who use the Huntington VA Medical Center reside in the district represented by Johnson.
