February 22, 2017 GMT

A man suspected of being involved in the robbery of a Papa John’s Pizza last fall appeared for a bond hearing Tuesday.

Austin Michael Keierleber, 19, appeared on robbery by accountability charges in Yellowstone County Justice Court. Keierleber will face greater penalties because the robbery was allegedly committed with a weapon.

Justice of the Peace David Carter ordered Keierleber held on a $25,000 bond. Keierleber is to have no contact with co-defendant, 20-year-old Tyler James Sexton, 20.

The pair are accused of stealing a bank deposit bag from Papa John’s employees on Sep. 29, according to court documents. As the employees left the West End Papa John’s, 305 24th St. W, Sexton held a gun while Keierleber took the money, according to court documents.

Keierleber was arrested and booked into the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on Monday. Sexton is also being held at the jail on a $95,000 bond. He is facing charges of robbery and violating his probation.
