OLBH Camera Club plans to hold next meeting Feb. 5

February 2, 2019

RUSSELL — The Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) Camera Club will host its next meeting Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bellefonte Centre (1000 Ashland Drive, Russell) conference room.

This month’s topic is a hands-on macro workshop. Award-winning photographer Pam DeCamp will demonstrate easy home macro set-ups, including ways to light subjects. Attendees are encouraged to bring their cameras, flashlights, macros, zoom lenses and tripods in order to create their own images at the workshop. DeCamp’s work has been displayed in the Ohio governor’s office, the Southern Ohio Museum of Art, the Huntington Museum of Art and the Zanesville Museum of Art. DeCamp earned her degree in film and photography from Xavier University.

The OLBH Camera Club meets monthly. The club is free, open to all and is designed for photography buffs who wish to pick up tips, offer their own expertise and to provide constructive critique of others’ work.
