Audubon intern wants to connect people with nature

GREENWICH — When President Barack Obama last month designated the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument off the coast of New England, Caroline Bailey felt a swell of pride.

Bailey, a new Greenwich-based intern with Audubon Connecticut, spent the summer leading boat tours around Eastern Egg Rock off of Maine as part of her work with Audubon’s Project Puffin.
