Pike County President Judge Gregory Chelak sentenced:

Robert E. Starke, 56, Hatfield, $50 fine for violation of rules regarding conduct on commonwealth property on July 9.

Jason Matthew Abbott, 40, Greentown, six months of the IP Program, including 30 days of house arrest, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on July 21 in Greene Twp.

Shawn Michael Mills, 42, Matamoras, 21 months to five years in a state correctional facility, $1,000 fine and six- month driver’s license suspension for delivery of a controlled substance on Dec. 8, 2016, in Milford Twp.

Corey J. Parker, 35, Dingmans Ferry, 12 to 24 months in a state correctional facility and $500 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit burglary on Dec. 18 in Milford Twp.

Jenifer C. Shepard, 49, Landing, N.J., two days to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, followed by three years of probation and $500 fine for theft between October 2015 and May 10, 2016, in Delaware Twp.

Chance Robert Catsicas, 20, no fixed address, 15 to 30 months in a state correctional facility, followed by one year of probation and $800 fine for receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license on Oct. 13 in Westfall Twp.

Steven Coleman Spencer, 43, Glen Spey, N.Y., $125 fine for driving on roadways laned for traffic and drivers required to be licensed on Aug. 8 in Westall Twp.

Travis Walter Corter, 24, Dingmans Ferry, one year of probation and $300 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 11, 2016, in Delaware Twp.

Amber Lee Luciani, 29, Dingmans Ferry, 30 to 60 days in the Pike County Jail and $800 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license on May 28 in Palmyra Twp.
