CLINTON, Okla. (AP) _ A Greyhound bus crashed into an overturned truck on Interstate 40 early Friday, critically injuring the driver. The 23 passengers suffered minor injuries.

The driver was trapped more than an hour, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said. Rudy Gilbert Ortiz of Albuquerque, N.M., was in critical condition late Friday, officials said. One woman passenger was admitted to a hospital.

``Everybody was screaming, ’Get out, gas, gas,‴ said passenger Mike Crawford, who was riding from Fresno, Calif., to Philadelphia.

The truck’s two occupants were unhurt. What caused the truck to overturn wasn’t known, but Highway Patrol Lt. Bruce Peoples said wind and rain may have been a factor.
