Six arrested on drug-related charges last week
KENOVA — Last week, the Wayne County Sheriff Department Drug Enforcement Unit arrested six suspects in three separate drug investigations that occurred in or near Kenova.
A joint investigation between the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit and Kenova Police Department led to the arrest of Andred Davis, of Detroit. Officers seized a distribution quantity of heroin. Andred is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver. WCSD Road Patrol Deputies assisted in the arrest.
Jennifer Napier, of Fort Gay, and Jonathan Young, of Louisa, were arrested and each charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy after the WCSD DEU made a traffic stop and recovered a distribution quantity of heroin and several thousand dollars.
Three more suspects were arrested after an investigation by the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit led to the arrest of after a search of a residence in the U.S. 52 area of Kenova.
The WCSD DEU received tips of drug trafficking at a residence on Harper Lane. Rebecca Robinson, of Kenova, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
Dale Robinson, of Kenova, is charged with possession with tntent to deliver, conspiracy and cultivation.
Amy Hale, of Catlettsburg, is charged with aiding and abetting, conspiracy and obstructing.
