Terron Armstead played good portion of the season on a ‘jacked up’ hip, but it’s fixable
Terron Armstead fought through several injuries this season, which limited his availability.
The left tackle suffered a shoulder injury during the offseason that sidelined him for the early portion of the schedule, and then came back and battled knee, hip and thigh injuries throughout the rest of the season.
Armstead tweeted to Deuce Windham of The Scouting Academy on Sunday night that he was playing through a torn hip flexor. A source later told The Advocate that his hip is “jacked up” but noted that the problems are fixable.
New Orleans’ season ended on Sunday with a loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
