Scattered showers are possible through Thursday afternoon.
Friday may see patchy morning fog, with Saturday mostly sunny. Showers are possible late Sunday.
Temperatures should reach a high of 58 degrees Wednesday and Thursday and lows of 52 today and 40 Thursday.

Travel will be difficult in the Sierra, with snow levels possibly falling to 5,500-6,500 feet by Wednesday night and Thursday morning, Mueller said.
The California Department of Transportation reminds motorists traveling to higher elevations to winterize their vehicle; carry a travel kit that includes blankets, extra clothing, food and water, a flashlight and road flares; drive carefully; check conditions frequently and anticipate delays and closures.
