Vacasa Launches Community Association Management in Florida

Vacasa, North America’s largest vacation rental management platform, has launched community association management services in Florida after signing its first association in the state, Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club. The company is contracted to provide Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club homeowners with a full suite of community association management services including administrative, accounting, debt management and site management. Vacasa will also manage several Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club condominiums as short-term rentals.
