MINNEAPOLIS _ A measure moving through Congress would return nearly 12,000 acres of land to the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. If approved, the measure would reverse a land seizure by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs and give 11,760 acres back to Leech Lake. UPCOMING: 350 words.
