Healthcare Realty Trust Announces Pricing of $300 Million Senior Unsecured Notes
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 04, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated (NYSE: HR) today announced that it has agreed to sell $300 million of 2.400% senior unsecured notes due March 2030 in an underwritten public offering. The notes were priced at 99.665% of the principal amount to yield 2.438% to maturity. Subject to customary closing conditions, the offering is expected to close on March 18, 2020.
The estimated net proceeds from this offering are expected to be $296.2 million. The Company expects to apply the net proceeds from the offering to outstanding borrowings under the Company’s unsecured credit facility and for other general corporate purposes, which may include payments towards its unsecured term loan due 2024.
U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., Jefferies LLC, and Barclays Capital Inc. served as Joint Book-Running Managers for the offering.
