UNION, Mo. — More than three decades after the strangulation death of an eastern Missouri woman, a man is now charged with second-degree murder. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Friday that 64-year-old Kirby R. King is now charged in the 1987 death of Karla Jane Delcour, whose body was found in a wooded area near the Franklin County town of St. Clair.
