Three Arrested on Drug Charges at Acorn Park Condos in Shirley
SHIRLEY -- Three people were arrested on multiple drug possession charges on Wednesday, night, July 13, at Acorn Park, a condo complex on Ayer Road.
The incident was logged by the Shirley Police Department as a “suspicious activity” call at 7:24 p.m.
Daniel Laguerre, 28, of Temple, New Hampshire, was charged with drug possession, class B, and drug possession, class E. He was also charged with reckless endangerment of a child, two counts.
Class B drugs include amphetamines, cannabis, methylphenidate (Ritalin) and phoicodeine.
Class E drugs include codeine, morphine, opium or prescription drugs containing those substances.
Michael Mallard, 49, of Shirley, was charged with drug possession, class A, which includes drugs such as heroin, Ecstasy, LSD, cocaine, crack, “magic mushrooms” and amphetamines.
Pamela L. Pokrara, 32, of Pepperell, was charged with drug possession, class B, drug possession, class E, and reckless endangerment of a child, two counts.
Attempts to contact Police Chief Thomas Goulden for further details were not immediately successful.
