Register to Vote Soon in Concord

CONCORD -- The deadline to register to vote in the annual town election is March 6 at 8 p.m. The election is March 26. To register, visit the Town Hall Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., go online to www.RegisterToVoteMA.Com or use mail. Mail-in voter registration forms are available by emailing or calling the Town Clerk’s office at 978-318-3080, townclerk@concordma.gov . Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by March 6. The Town Clerk’s office will be open until 8 p.m. on March 6. Those turning 18 before election day on March 26 can register in advance of their birthday but must do so by March 6.

Residents can check their voter registration status by calling or emailing the Town Clerk’s office.

Police host self-defense class

PELHAM -- A three-night course on methods of defense against rape will be held at the Pelham Police Department from 6 to 10 p.m. on April 2, 4, and 8. The course, known as the Rape Aggression Defense class, is meant to empower women through awareness, avoidance and lessons in self-defense. Those looking to attend the course can contact Corporal David DeRoche at 603-635-2411 ext. 4005. Attendants of all three nights will receive a participation certificate.

Behavioral Health Fair at WHS

WILMINGTON -- The fourth annual Behavioral Health Fair is March 28 at Wilmington High School, located at 159 Church St., from 5 to 8 p.m. Parents and guardians are invited to learn about social and emotional supports, stress management, substance abuse and more. Childcare is available.

Fair for parents looking at camps

TEWKSBURY -- A free fair will be held on March 10 for local parents looking to learn more information on summer camps and kids’ activities. The fair will take place at the Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover, located at 4 Highwood Drive in Tewksbury. The fair will take place form noon to 3 p.m.

More than 30 exhibitors from local and overnight camps will be present to offer information, activities and giveaways. Information on other year-round activities, like art, dance and sports, will also be available. For info, visit www.lowell.macaronikid.com .

St. Patrick’s Day event at library

TEWKSBURY -- The Tewksbury Public Library is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a little early with a musical performance on Saturday, March 16. Solo vocalist and guitarist Joe Leary will perform. The Friends of the Library and Tewksbury Cultural Council are co-sponsoring the event. The concert starts at 10:30 a.m.
