Olmsted County District Court felony dispositions for April 2017:

• Felony DUI — Louise Marie Duncanson, 32, of Rochester. Sentenced on April 2 to 36 months in prison, stayed for 7 years; to serve 30 days in jail as work release; subject to electronic alcohol home monitoring during probation; to pay $615.

• Fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle — Isaac Joseph Cronin, 20, of Brownsdale. Sentenced on April 3 to 25 months in prison, stayed for four years; 124 days in jail, with credit for time served; to pay $1,135.

• Fifth-degree drug possession — Brett Aaron Kuehl, 29, of Rochester. Sentenced on April 9 to 21 months in prison, stayed for five years; 114 days in jail, with credit for time served; to pay $85; to complete 100 hours of community service in lieu of $1,000 fine.
