Convicted felon arrested on drug charges in Lesage

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by reports from the Cabell County Sheriff’s Office:

A convicted felon was sent back to jail Tuesday after being found with crystal meth and marijuana at a home in Lesage, according to deputies.

Officers were called to the residence of Justin Russell Oldaker around 6:25 p.m. Tuesday by a parole officer visiting the home after finding 6.7 grams of crystal meth, 28.9 grams of marijuana and two digital scales.

Oldaker, 31, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to the incident report.

He was transported to the Western Regional Jail with a cash-only bond of $100,000.

Oldaker was previously arrested in 2014 with the same charge, according to the Western Regional Jail website.
