The Granary’ cooking 2 dinners with Michelin-star Spanish chef
The Granary ’Cue & Brew will be the host of two upcoming dinner events that will pair its owner and chef with a Michelin-star Spanish chef Julio Fernandez Quintero. The culinary partnership is part of the summerlong Olé Intercambio Dinner Series at the Pearl.
Granary chef Tim Rattray and Fernandez of restaurant Abantal in Seville will combine their talents for a six-course prix-fixe meal that will feature Spanish wine pairings. The dinners will take place Aug. 1-2 with seatings that begin at 6:30 p.m. at The Granary, located at 602 Ave. A.
The co-created menu will include dishes such as grilled shrimp ajoblanco, brown beans cappuccino, Iberian pork and cod paella and suckling pig with roasted potato and mojo picón sauce.
Tickets are priced at $150 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and will include wine pairings. Reservations can be made at thegranarysa.com.
