Families Belong Together Rally planned

SCOTTSBLUFF - Rallies are being planned for Saturday, June 30 to protest the immigration policy that seperate children from their families.

Organizers say, Donald Trump and his administration have cruelly separated children from their families. They won’t allow it to continue — and won’t let them put families into internment camps.

On June 30, groups are rallying in Washington, D.C. and around the country to tell Donald Trump and his administration to stop separating kids from their parents.

Local events are planned on Saturday to send a message to Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress: Families Belong Together.

The local events will take place in Alliance at Box Butte County Courthouse, 508 Box Butte Ave., 9 - 10 a.m. RSVP on Facebook, in Chadron at the Downtown Plaza, 10 a.m. and in Scottsbluff at Sen. Deb Fischer’s office, 120 E. 16th St., 9 a.m.
