Western New York man killed while crossing road in Watertown
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (AP) — State police say a 54-year-old western New York man has died after being struck by a car.
Troopers say Patrick Brown of Penfield was walking across state Route 3 in Watertown when he was hit by a 2003 Cadillac at 9 p.m. Saturday. Brown suffered multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The driver, 35-year-old Arnaud Pooda of Watertown, wasn’t charged.
