Devens Workshop to Focus on Hiring, Retention
DEVENS -- The MassHire North Central Career Center, Harvard Business School and Breakthrough Champion will partner to host the inaugural MassHire North Central Hiring & Retention Workshop on April 9 at Devens Common Center.
Given the struggle that many organizations are facing to hire and retain talent in today’s tight labor market, The MassHire North Central Career Center decided to create a four-hour workshop designed to help companies reach their retention goals. The half-day conference for businesses will feature two keynote speakers who combine the knowledge of a Harvard Business School professor along with a well-established expert on retention strategies to give focused expertise and solid research that can positively impact retention and hiring for local companies.
The $50 per-person fee includes a light lunch and information on related state and federal programs. Registration is required by April 5. For more information, please contact Scott Percifull at 978-534-1481 x209; firstname.lastname@example.org .
