Lutheran Health Network announces plans for downtown hospital

Lutheran Health Network announced this morning details for St. Joseph Hospital’s replacement facility. 

Plans call for a 60 bed acute care hospital to be built across the street from the existing hospital with the main entrance on Van Buren facing east, a statement from Lutheran Health said. 

Plans include changing the name to Lutheran Downtown Hospital.
