Joselyn Miller, 76, of North Liberty, and formerly of Fort Madison, passed away at 10:32 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
She was born on May 29, 1940, in Fort Madison, to Charles and Lucille Boeding Bostrom. Joselyn worked at Sheaffer Pen Co. and retired after over 36 years of service. She was a member of Holy Family Parish.
Joselyn loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing computer games and bingo Joselyn loved being outdoors and tending to her garden and flowers.
Survivors include her children, Theresa (John) Schneider of Denmark, Jay Miller of North Liberty, Lynne (Rick) Danover of North Liberty and Charles “Chuck” (Angie) Miller of Lone Tree; seven grandchildren, Michael Schneider, Marcus Schneider, Azul Miller, Nicholas Danover, Ashley Danover, Ema Miller and Brayden Miller; three great grandchildren, Preston, Landon and Lauren Schneider; two sisters, Sharolyn Richers of Fort Madison and Angela Cordray of Lake of the Ozarks; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother in infancy.
The memorial service will be at 11 a,m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Joseph Phung officiating. The family will meet with friends from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Per her wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory.
