New Alehouse To Open In Wilkes-Barre On Monday
A Florida-based restaurant chain opens Monday in the former Logan’s Roadhouse in Wilkes-Barre Twp. that closed two years ago. The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. for Miller’s Alehouse’s new location at 2310 Wilkes-Barre Twp. Boulevard. Community members will have the opportunity to visit the new restaurant and win prizes as part of a business card raffle. Miller’s Ale House is described on its website as a “casual sports restaurant and bar with freshly-made food at an incredible value.” The restaurant has at least 60 televisions to watch sports and offers a large selection of draft beer. The restaurant is known for its signature hand-breaded, boneless chicken Zinger with the choice of 15 sauces. The menu also features a variety of appetizers, burgers and entrees including steaks and seafood. Its full-service bar features specialty cocktails, a wine selection and more than 75 varieties of local craft, seasonal and domestic beers.
