Police: 2 men arrested for trafficking cocaine
GREENFIELD, Mass. (AP) — Two men have been arrested for trafficking cocaine in western Massachusetts.
State police arrested 38-year-old Aaron Belcher, and 21-year-old Raven Sullivan, both of Springfield, during a traffic stop on the highway near Greenfield Saturday night.
A search of the car yielded 37 grams of cocaine and an open container of alcohol. Belcher and Sullivan are charged with trafficking and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
Both are held on a $5,000 bail, pending an arraignment later today in Greenfield District Court. Attorneys for Belcher and Sullivan could not be immediately identified.
