JAFFREY, N.H. (AP) — Prosecutors have withdrawn charges against the driver involved in a fatal crash in Jaffrey, N.H., earlier this month.

Police said 19-year-old Edgard Henriquez of Dedham, Mass., lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the woods on April 14. The vehicle caught fire after coming to rest upside down.

A passenger died in the crash. Henriquez had been charged with aggravated DWI and negligent homicide. WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/11Oo0E2) prosecutors said after reviewing the evidence, the charges were not warranted.
