Joseph E. Barich, Sr. Joseph E. Barich, Sr., 92 peacefully left his family on February 17, 2017 in Ellensburg, WA. Born November 25, 1924 to Croatian immigrants in Roslyn, WA, Dad lived a full life enjoying his passion for the outdoors. Predeceased by his loving wife, Lois Jean, he is survived by his children, Catherine (Michael), Janet (Don), Mark (Tara), Leslie and Joseph, Jr. (Toni). “Gramps” to his grandchildren, Ian, Brian, Christopher (Kimberly), Cheryl Anne, Benjamin and Crystal. He leaves behind his devoted and loving friend Geraldine. He is also survived by his brothers, Jim and Richard and sisters, Dorothy and Pauline. The family wishes to thank Debbie and Dawnesha for their loving care of Dad over the past two years allowing him to live happily in his own home. Lacu noc Dad, we miss you and we will see you on the other side. Recitation of the Rosary will be April 28, 2017 at 7:00pm at Immaculate Conception Church, 211 N. B St., Roslyn, WA 98941. A Mass of Christian Burial will be April 29, 2017 at 10:00am at Immaculate Conception Church with graveside services following in the Roslyn Cemetery, St. Barbara’s Lodge. In lieu of flowers, Dad wished memorial remembrances to be made to Seattle Children’s Hospital or Cancer Care related to brain tumor research and care or Hospice Friends, 302 E.
