Man arrested after shots fired at Raleigh McDonald’s
A man has been arrested after shots were fired during a fight at a McDonald’s, Raleigh police said.
Andrew Robert Schray, 21, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, discharging a weapon into occupied property and discharging a weapon in city limits.
The charges follow following Saturday’s shooting, which occurred around 2:45 a.m. at McDonald’s at 9698 Falls of Neuse Road.
There were no victims and no property damage, police said.
