April 16

Freddie Hernandez, 38, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault in the 1000 block of East Eighth Street.

Jose Bonilla Manueles, 25, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, no operator’s license, no valid registration and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the 1400 block of Broadway, Knighten Venable, 24, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

In the 800 block of East Overland, Alexis Gonzalez, 33, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

April 18

In connection with a shoplifting at Murdoch’s, Austin Reynolds, 20, of Gering, and Bowen Fitts, 20, of Gering, were cited on charges of theft by shoplifting.

In the 200 block of West 18th Street, Curt Rice, 38, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

April 19

At Bluffs Middle School, a 13-year-old Scottsbluff boy was cited on a charge of vandalism.

Stanley Loebig, 57, of Mitchell, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension and no valid registration.

April 20

At Walmart, Suzanne Bissell, 37, was cited on a charge of trespassing.

April 21

At Walmart, Colby Dike, 20, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

April 22

In the 1400 block of 15th Avenue, Ruben DeLosSantos, 36, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Matthew Moore, 31, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of trespassing and third-degree assault.

April 23

Luis Ayala, 30, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of driving under suspension and expired registration.

Matthew Moore, 31, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of assault with minor injury, provoking an assault and resisting arrest in the 300 block of East Overland.

Nigel Vanderwey, 19, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of expired license plates and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

A 13-year-old Scottsbluff girl and a 12-year-old Scottsbluff girl were cited on charges of disorderly conduct. One of the girls was cited on a charge obstructing a police officer.
