Another beautiful day in Havasu...

Orchids to Debonair Dog Grooming for grooming Sadie, at the Western Arizona Humane Society, for free. Thank you for paying it forward with kindness. Susan

Onions to a $2.50 charge on my bill for a Network Enhancement Fee. Who dreams up these charges?

Orchids to Stacey’s Southside Grill. My husband and I stopped in and the service and food were amazing. This is a new restaurant and the owner and employees are very welcoming. My husband and I like to play pool. We enjoyed a couple games had a beer and some incredible food. We will definitely be back.

Onions to yet another raise in my cable bill.

Orchids to Melodie at Blondzee’s Steakhouse. She is the best server there and will take good care of you. Always request Melodie when you eat here…!

Onions to our post office. How difficult is it to deliver mail to the correct address? Orchids to me for having Informed Delivery emailed to me each day so I know what mail I did not receive. It’s time they get their act together.

Orchids to our emergency eoom. I went in and was taken to a room in less than five minutes – saw doctor, had X-rays, treated, given scripts and wheeled out to my car by 5:15 a.m. – everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you!

Onions to doctors who think everyone is made of money. I have affordable health care, which I can’t afford to use. $24,000 paid to insurance, yet I have to cough up $6,000 for me, and $6,000 for my wife to get anything done. Regular insurance would be half our income, plus the deductible.

Orchids to Ray, our USPS mailman. He was the best and will be missed. Congratulations on your retirement.

Onions to the grocery store for selling eggs marked AA large when they weren’t. Normally a couple of AA large will make a sizable omelet. It took three of these to make the same. What’s going on here? Should’ve been labeled AA medium at the most. Feel like I’ve been ripped off!

Orchids to the snow birds. Without you there would be nothing. We would be nothing. Please tell all your friends up north how much we locals appreciate all that you do and are.
