September 21, 2019

GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) — Police in the Delaware community of Georgetown say two men are facing multiple charges after they were pulled over and officers found in the vehicle tools typically used to forge driver’s licenses and other documents.

The Daily Times of Salisbury on Friday reported the arrests of 39-year-old Teddy Turenne, of New York, and 29-year-old Joseph Pascall, of Georgia.

Police say the men have been charged with possession of forgery devices, conspiracy and other counts. Authorities say they were stopped Thursday on suspicion of traffic violations, and a search of the vehicle yielded dozens of plastic cards, holograms with state seals and other items.

The newspaper reports police also seized marijuana.

State records show Turenne and Pascall are at the Sussex Correctional Institution. Records do not list their attorneys.
