Smith, Wilfork to play when Raiders face Texans
MEXICO CITY (AP) — Cornerback Sean Smith is active for the Oakland Raiders and defensive tackle Vince Wilfork will play for the Houston Texans after being questionable with injuries.
Smith missed the previous game for Oakland with a shoulder injury but will play Monday night against the Texans at Azteca Stadium in Mexico City. Wilfork was questionable with a groin injury but will play.
Quarterback Connor Cook, receiver Johnny Holton, cornerbacks Dexter McDonald and Antonio Hamilton, offensive linemen Matt McCants and Vadal Alexander, and tight end Ryan O’Malley are also inactive for Oakland.
Quarterback Brandon Weeden, receiver Jaelen Strong, running backs Alfred Blue and Jonathan Grimes, offensive linemen Josh Walker and Oday Aboushi, and defensive end Brandon Dunn are out for Houston.
