George Martin Weight, 94, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from natural causes. He was born to George and Mary Weight on January 9, 1924 in Price, Utah. He was preceeded in death by his first wife, Velma Weight.

He leaves behind a loving wife, Annie LaVona Crane Weight; his children, Nancy (Gordon) Ricks, Pamela (Rob) Roberts, Shirleen (Bob) Moulton, Macheal (Judi) Crane, Dorothy (Tom) Callister, Merrilyn (Michael) Green, David (Kathy) Crane and James (Teri) Crane; 34 grandchildren, 111 greatgrandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Floyd served as a Seabee in the US Navy during WWII. After the war he was a building contractor and later an equipment operator for Utah County Road Department. He was cherished by all. His humor and love for life was contagious.

A viewing will be help on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South, 2200 West, Riverton, Utah. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 9:00-9:30 AM, followed by the funeral at 10:00 AM at the LDS chapel located at 165 North, 350 West in American Fork, Utah.
