Kish College radiology director gives talk on radiation exposure

DeKALB – Kishwaukee College’s Director of Radiology Technology, Jerry Fox, gave a presentation of the effects of radiation on people who work as radiologists.

According to a news release from Kishwaukee College, Fox’s presentation was at the 2019 Wisconsin Association of Education in Radiologic Technology Student Symposium, which was hosted by the Wisconsin Society of Radiologic Technologists.

Fox’s presentation touched on the dangers students and technologists face from to long-term effects of radiation exposure.
