BELMONT, N.H. (AP) — Police have identified a man killed in a head-on crash in New Hampshire.
Authorities say 57-year-old Earle Livingstone Jr. died at the scene after an SUV struck his car on Route 106 in Belmont Monday afternoon.
The driver of the SUV suffered a broken leg in the crash, and her passenger was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Police say both women were wearing seatbelts, but Livingstone was not.
Authorities say there were no skid marks on the road. They have also ruled out speed, alcohol and cellphone use as possible factors.
